We were very excited to welcome Cystic Fibrosis WA as a new client recently, and we’ve been even more excited with the wonderful coverage this worthy cause has been receiving.

The client’s goals were to run a month long campaign promoting 65 Roses Day aiming for media coverage in all major metropolitan, suburban and regional newspapers, radio and television stations.

Our goal was to exceed the outcomes of their last campaign, spread the word about 65 Roses Day, increase awareness of Cystic Fibrosis in WA and help our client raise at least $30,000 through donations and fundraising during May.

We are still waiting on the final word on fundraising, but early figures are looking promising. We are also very excited to report that we were able to secure a story for this client on the front page of The West Australian! You can’t get much better media coverage than that!

Additional media coverage included Yin & Yang in The Weekend West, Chill Out and Photo Finish in The Sunday Times, a Channel 10 live weather cross, 6PR radio interview and more than 20 local community reports.

Cystic Fibrosis WA CEO Nigel M Baker had this to say about Devahasdin. “Their professionalism and creativity delivered a campaign of unbelievable proportions. This campaign supported a 40% growth in donations, a massive 300% increase in the number of community fundraisers and delivered a PR benefit of over $1.05m with an 11,700% return on our investment.

“Thank you to Devahasdin and to Kat Dumont, Jenny Coyle, Sandra Devahasdin and the team below the line of visibility, all of whom worked really hard to make this our most successful 65 roses month ever.”

We had a blast working with these guys and we’re very proud to have played our part in supporting such a worthwhile event.
